Terry Leipsig is Chief Financial Officer of PIC and is responsible for Investor Reporting. Prior to joining Perlmutter Investment Company, Terry was Senior Vice President and Director of Taxes for Heitman Financial where he served from 1985 to 1999. He has been responsible for the tax planning and strategy. Prior to joining Heitman, Terry was a senior partner with a Certified Public Accounting firm located in Chicago, Illinois specializing in real estate. During his 14 years in accounting, Terry is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Miami. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants.
