Scott Taylor is a Senior Financial Analyst with the Perlmutter Investment Company, a private real estate investment group.  Since joining the companies in 2001, his responsibilities include preparing financial proforma, budget and cash flow analyses in addition to architectural planning and design review. Formerly, Scott was employed at the Chicago office of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP as a designer and technical coordinator on a variety of architectural projects both domestically and abroad. He has co-chaired the Real Estate Committee of the Chicago chapter of the American Institute of Architects and has served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Associate Board of Directors of the Illinois Masonic Medical Center. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Washington State University and an MBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a licensed architect and a licensed real estate salesperson in Illinois.
