Larry Krasner is the Managing Director of Acquisitions and Investments of PIC. He has been active in the real estate investment business for over 35 years. From 1973 through 1997, Larry was an officer and partner at Heitman. Prior to joining PIC, he served as a Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis and a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group of Jones Lang LaSalle. Larry has successfully completed more than $7.5 billion in institutional quality property acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint venture structuring. Larry is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a member of the Pension Real Estate Association.
