Jerry Powalish is the Managing Director of Construction Management for PIC. He has been involved in the construction and real estate business for over 30 years. From 1982 through 2000, he held positions up to President of the HPL Construction Division at Heitman Properties and Kennedy Wilson Properties. Since 2000, he has been directly involved with over 3.5 million square feet of new and redeveloped properties and has had overview responsibilities of all Property Conditions and Environmental due diligence for all acquired properties during that time frame.
