Established in 1995, International Airport Centers (IAC) develops and acquires industrial warehouse distribution and air cargo facilities in key US markets. IAC is led by Alex Kurrelmeier, its President. Historically, IAC has developed or acquired properties in Boston, Los Angeles, Seattle, Miami, Charlotte, New York, Houston, Northern New Jersey, San Francisco, Chicago, San Diego and Portland. The existing portfolio is divided between the US West Coast and Midwest regions and contains approximately 7.5 million square feet. Quality tenants occupying IAC facilities include FedEx, UPS, Navistar, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CNA International, Nippon Express, Expeditors, BAX Global, and Panasonic.
