Davis Street Properties (DSP) has developed, acquired and operates a portfolio of upscale, specialty shopping centers and malls in select locations throughout the U.S. DSP is a privately held real estate company, formed in
1998 to make opportunistic investments in high quality retail centers in select locations throughout the U.S. DSP is led by Robert Perlmutter,
its Managing Partner. The operating experience of its senior
partners spans over twenty years of working together in the retail
industry. DSP was formed in an economic downturn at a time of limited interest by institutional investors in acquiring retail properties. Applying its expertise in the high-end retail market and its strong relationships with retail property owners and retail tenants, DSP has acquired and developed over 2.8 million square feet of retail centers in
the affluent demographic areas of Palm Desert, California, Chicago, Illinois, St. Louis, Missouri and Nashville, Tennessee.
The lineup of anchors in DSP's centers include, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Macy’s, and
specialty retailers such as Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, Williams-Sonoma, Apple, Burberry, Chico’s, Kate Spade, Coach, Talbots, Sephora, Juicy Couture, Coldwater Creek, Cole Haan, BCBG Max Azria, The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, and Ann Taylor.
